great breakfastphysical keysystemic problem
the breakfast had a great selection, so that was acceptable i guess.
i was so annoyed with the service. i requested a baby cot before i arrived but it wasnt there. it took several messages and talking to reception to get it delivered. they gave me a physical key instead of a key card since they were out. i think there is a systemic problem at this hotel and they are more focused on looks than service.

the room was clean and beds were comfortable. breakfast had everything i needed a little busy though. the lawn area and all the beanbags were a nice touch i loved it.
the fitness room was under equipped the bike could only be set safely for short people. i used it twice unable to set it for my height of 6 foot and i am now slightly injured. the cafe was full of cats so i could not get a coffee during the day.

I found the location to be fantastic. It is a real asset. The bed provided superior comfort, and the room was quite spacious. The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness. It felt almost clinical. There were ample sunbeds available both around the pool and on the beach.
The staff struggled with english communication, made some interactions a little difficult.

also , the breakfast selection offered numerous fruits and thai soups. i found the pool area very relaxing.
my biggest problem was the gym. the air conditioning was set to 32°c and was not adjustable. i could not use it at all.

the swimming pool was great. the hotel is located near several nice restaurants. the beach is pristine and easy for swimming because of shallow and calm waters. plenty of chaise lounges are available.

The pool area features ample space and direct beach access. i observed many loungers available (maybe 20-30, it was like plenty) ensuring relaxation by the water. the hotel room came with fresh towels daily. Housekeeping provided consistent and attentive service. the included breakfast offered a wide array of choices, (i'm talking both local and international options).
